The \u201cMavrovo Open 2026\u201d World Carp Cup<\/strong> has successfully concluded. The competition was held from 20 to 23 August at Lake Mavrovo<\/strong>, organized by the Macedonian Fishing Federation<\/strong>, with the Public Institution National Park \u201cMavrovo\u201d<\/strong> as the host of the event.<\/p>\n

A total of 33 teams from several countries<\/strong> participated in the competition. During the tournament, 495 carp were caught<\/strong>, with a remarkable total weight of 1,375.5 kilograms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1st place:<\/strong> Team from Lithuania \u2013 117.42 kg<\/strong>
2nd place:<\/strong> Carp Pro Puhatch Baits 3 \u2013 Ukraine \u2013 102.22 kg<\/strong>
3rd place:<\/strong> Carp Pro Puhatch Baits 4 \u2013 Ukraine \u2013 98.19 kg<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biggest fish caught:<\/strong> Team Croatia 1 \u2013 9.61 kg<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Public Institution National Park \u201cMavrovo\u201d<\/strong> congratulates the winners and all participants on an excellent competition, outstanding sporting spirit, and the successful organization of this important international event.<\/p>\n

Once again, Lake Mavrovo has proven to be an excellent destination for top-level sport fishing<\/strong>, as well as a place where nature, sport, and friendship come together.<\/p>\n
