Intervention to Rescue an Injured Hiker in Mavrovo National Park

Under conditions of extremely difficult and inaccessible mountainous terrain, the rangers of Mavrovo National Park have once again demonstrated their professionalism, readiness, and high level of coordination.

Through a timely and successfully organized operation, an injured hiker was safely evacuated from the area leading toward the Korab Waterfall—one of the most challenging and inaccessible regions within the Park.

This operation serves as a testament to the dedication, responsibility, and selflessness of the services that daily watch over the safety of visitors and the protection of the territory of Mavrovo National Park.
