IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear visitors of the Mavrovo National Park,

We would like to inform you that due to high temperatures and the risk of forest fires, the Public Enterprise for Mavrovo National Park, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management, is introducing a complete ban on unauthorized movement within the forests of the territory managed by the Public Enterprise Mavrovo National Park, i.e. an obligation for mandatory registration of individuals or groups planning to move in the forests and forest land on the park’s territory between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

‼️ The mandatory registration for movement within the territory of NP Mavrovo does not apply to employees of:

Ministry of Internal Affairs
Ministry of Defense
Forestry Police
Crisis Management Center
Directorate for Protection and Rescue
State Inspectorate for Forestry and Hunting
Employees of entities performing forestry works for the activities of cutting, delivery, and transport of wood and wood assortments on areas managed by PE “Mavrovo” National Park
Individuals who have written permission to move within the forests managed by PE Mavrovo National Park (proof of payment for the tourist tax in paper or electronic form or a valid fishing license).

Local residents are exempt from paying the tourist tax for entry to NP Mavrovo.

How to register your stay on the territory of NP Mavrovo?

You can submit your registration at the Tourist Information Center in Mavrovo or via the email address:

Before submitting the electronic registration, make the payment for the tourist tax for entry to NP Mavrovo at:
www.npmavrovo.mk/tickets
In the electronic registration, include the following information:

Full name / Name and surname
Agency name, company name, or organization name / Name of agency-company-organization
(for organized visits / for organized tourist groups)
Full name of the person responsible for the group / Name and surname of the person responsible for the group
(for organized visits / for organized tourist groups)
Contact information
Number of visitors you are registering / Number of visitors
Vehicle registration number / Vehicle registration number
Full name of group members / Name and surname of the members of the group
(for groups, submit a separate list with the name and surname of all participants)

I confirm that I have paid the tourist tax through the N.P. Mavrovo payment system – in the name of: (name and surname of the person who made the payment); payment confirmation number.

If the tourist tax payment is made via invoice, please provide the following:

I confirm that I will pay the tourist tax via invoice for which I will provide full details via your email (provide invoice information).

Explanation of the online payment procedure for the tourist tax for entry to NP Mavrovo:

Go to www.npmavrovo.mk/tickets, where you can pay the tourist tax for park entry (100 MKD per person for each day of your stay on the park’s territory).
One person can pay for a larger group of visitors.
If you are registering a group visit, please submit a separate list with information for all visitors who will be with you.
✅ Once you complete the process through the electronic system, you will receive a confirmation for the tourist tax payment – entry to the National Park.
For those who register their movement in the park electronically, the confirmation of the paid tourist tax will serve as proof that they have permission to move within the park, and their activities have been registered. This confirmation will be sent to your email automatically.
Please keep the tourist tax payment confirmation and present it if requested by park rangers or border police.

⚠️ We also kindly ask for your utmost attention during your stay within the park to avoid unwanted consequences and prevent fires.
